These terms govern your use of Dialed's website, accounts, swing analysis, saved reviews, waitlist, and related services. They form an agreement between you and Sunday Code LLC, the operator of Dialed, based in Texas, United States. You can contact us at hi@dialedgc.com.
Read these terms before using the service. By accepting them, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these terms does not replace any separate permission required for a particular data use.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate profile details, including your birth year. If you use Dialed for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization. You must comply with laws that apply to your use.
Use an email address that you control. Keep your sign-in links and account access private. Tell us promptly if someone uses your account without permission. You are responsible for your own use and for use that you authorize through your account.
During the private beta, new accounts require a valid referral or another approved invitation. Referral codes give access under the rules shown in the app. They have no cash value and do not promise permanent access. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee an invitation or access date.
What Dialed provides
Dialed lets you import golf videos, find short swing clips, save them, request analysis, and review feedback. Results can include club traces, body points, movement estimates, summaries, and suggested practice drills. You need a supported device and an internet connection for cloud features.
Saving a clip in Dialed uploads it to your signed-in account, even before you select Analyze. The app can retry failed uploads when it is open or when you return to the account. The Privacy Policy explains profile details, recorded locations, local processing, and the information sent for AI analysis.
We can apply file limits, usage limits, and measures that prevent abuse or manage service capacity. The app displays relevant limits during use. A failed or unsuitable clip does not guarantee a usable result. Repeating an analysis can replace the earlier result and produce different feedback.
Beta and experimental features can contain errors or change without a stable release schedule. We do not promise a particular handicap improvement, score, swing result, or analysis accuracy. Keep your own copy of any video that you want to preserve. Dialed is not a permanent backup service.
AI limits and safe practice
Dialed uses automated image analysis and AI services, including OpenAI. Results can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation. Camera placement, lighting, blur, hidden body parts, and the selected clip can affect the result.
Body points and angles are estimates from images. They do not establish exact three-dimensional movement, weight transfer, foot pressure, or medical facts. Confidence scores and visual traces do not guarantee accuracy. Use your judgment and qualified coaching when you decide how to change your swing.
Dialed provides general golf practice information. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or assess injuries or medical conditions. It is not a substitute for a qualified health professional. If a drill causes pain or seems unsafe, stop and get suitable advice.
Use enough clear space for your club and ball. Follow course and range rules, and keep other people clear of your swing. Do not use the app when it distracts you from safe play. You are responsible for choosing practice that suits your health, ability, equipment, and surroundings.
Your videos and other content
You keep your rights in the videos, notes, and other material that you submit. You must own that material or have the rights and permissions needed for its use in Dialed. This includes permission from identifiable people where required. Do not submit unlawful recordings or material that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
You grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, and display your content to provide and support Dialed. This license is worldwide and royalty-free. It lets us use service providers where applicable law allows. It also lets authorized staff review your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
The license covers video processing, swing analysis, saved reviews, support, and quality review. It does not transfer ownership of your footage. It does not allow us to publish your footage in advertising or use it for model training without separate permission.
The license ends when we finish deleting the content, except for limited retention and processing permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Separate training permission governs material used under that permission. Do not include secrets or private information that the service does not need.
You can use your swing results for personal practice and share them if you wish. AI results can resemble results given to other users. If you share a result, describe it honestly and do not present it as a medical assessment or a verified professional opinion.
Acceptable use and service rights
Use Dialed for lawful purposes. Do not:
- Access another person's account, footage, or private records without permission.
- Upload illegal material, malicious software, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Bypass access controls, file limits, usage limits, or referral restrictions.
- Disrupt the service, send abusive automated traffic, or probe systems without authorization.
- Copy, resell, or exploit the service in ways that these terms do not permit.
- Use feedback or support channels to threaten, harass, or deceive others.
We and our licensors keep the rights in Dialed's software, design, branding, and other service materials. Your right to use the service depends on following these terms. Rights that applicable law gives you remain in effect, including any lawful rights to inspect or reverse engineer software.
For an App Store download, the software license is governed by the applicable Apple end user license agreement. Unless a valid custom license applies, this is Apple's standard license. These terms govern Dialed's related services and do not replace that software license or your agreement with Apple.
Charges and outside services
These terms do not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and billing terms before you choose to buy. Any purchase will be subject to the terms shown at that time and applicable law.
Your mobile carrier and internet provider can charge for data use. Dialed also depends on outside services for storage, email, AI analysis, and Apple platform features. Their availability can affect the service. You must follow any separate terms that apply when you use those services directly.
Ending access and deleting content
You can stop using Dialed at any time. The current app has no account deletion button. You can delete individual swings in the app and request account deletion at hi@dialedgc.com. Signing out or removing the app does not delete your cloud account or saved cloud reviews. The Privacy Policy explains deletion, retention, and separately permitted training copies.
We can restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address a terms violation, security risk, unlawful activity, or harm to others. We can also end a beta or discontinue the service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to address the issue or retrieve your content. Urgent risks can require immediate action.
If you believe that we restricted your account by mistake, contact hi@dialedgc.com. Ending access does not remove rights or duties that already arose. Terms about content rights, liability, and disputes continue where needed to give them effect. Data retention remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Warranties and liability
We will provide the service with any care and skill required by applicable law. Beyond those duties, we provide Dialed on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect losses, lost profits, and lost business opportunities arising from use of Dialed. This exclusion applies only where that type of exclusion is lawful. It does not remove rights or remedies that consumer law gives you.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We also do not exclude or limit any liability that the law does not let us exclude or limit. Any restriction that is unlawful in your location does not apply to you.
Disputes and changes to these terms
The laws of Texas, United States govern these terms, subject to consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact hi@dialedgc.com so that we can try to resolve a concern. Contacting us does not remove your right to bring a claim or pause a legal deadline.
Courts with authority under applicable law can hear disputes. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a class action. Any mandatory consumer rights to use local courts remain in effect.
We can update these terms as the service changes. We will give notice of material changes and state when the changes take effect. Where the law requires acceptance, the new terms will apply only after that acceptance. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply where possible. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive our right to enforce it later. Contact Sunday Code LLC at hi@dialedgc.com with questions about these terms.
